Terms & Conditions

HomePolicies

Hey there, beautiful!

Here is my terms & conditions policy, these terms stand on all services and are applicable for any services with me from the point of contact.

In Salon

The below terms are applicable to any services provided in my core salon locations or any salon I may be offering guest appointments from:

  1. To ensure a smooth and bespoke experience, certain services may require a deposit or the submission of relevant information about your hair’s condition, history, or related details through a booking / consultation form. This helps me dedicate the necessary time and resources, ensuring that your bespoke service is executed flawlessly. Your commitment allows me to deliver the best results possible, tailored specifically to your needs.

  2. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. For same-day bookings, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee to be added to your next appointment.

  3. To keep everything running smoothly, I kindly ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, a small fee of £20 will be applied to respect the time of yourself, other clients, and myself. For arrivals exceeding 30 minutes, we’ll need to reschedule to ensure optimal service for everyone.

  4. Missed appointments can disrupt our schedule and hinder other clients from enjoying our services. A fee equivalent to 50% of the missed service will be implemented. Multiple missed appointments may result in being unable to book future services. Let’s ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

  5. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I’m here to make sure you leave feeling absolutely delighted with your service. If you have any concerns during your appointment or within 7 days afterward, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’m fully committed to making any necessary adjustments and rectifying any errors on my end.

  6. If your arrive for an appointment with wet hair which requires drying before a color service, an additional £20 charge will be included in your bill. However, if your hair is damp from the weather, no extra charge will be applied.

Out Of Salon

The below terms are applicable to any services provided outside of my core salon locations or any salon I may be offering guest appointments from. These include but are not limited to Photography Shoots, Weddings, Shows, Proms, Corporate and Home visits.

  1. To ensure a smooth and bespoke experience, certain services may require a deposit or the submission of relevant information about your & your groups/teams hair’s condition, history, or related details through a booking / consultation form. This helps me dedicate the necessary time and resources, ensuring that your bespoke service is executed flawlessly. Your commitment allows me to deliver the best results possible, tailored specifically to your needs.

  2. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly request that you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to your appointment for any standard out of salon appointments and 1 month for any wedding, show, corporate, or photoshoot appointments. Late cancellations will still require 100% fee which will be billable at the point of cancellation.

  3. Please ensure all parties are punctual to avoid delays. Services extending beyond the agreed time may incur additional charges. If you’re running more than 1 hour late, a fee of £100 may be applied to respect the time of yourself, other bookings, and myself. For schedules exceeding 1-hour delays, I will require an additional fee of £150 per hour.

  4. Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 10-mile radius from my nearest core salon. For early morning or multi-day bookings, accommodation costs may be required and will be discussed during the consultation.

  5. For outdoor events, a contingency plan must be in place for adverse weather conditions. This ensures that your service can proceed smoothly regardless of the weather, avoiding any unnecessary stress or delays.

  6. Clients must inform me of any health conditions or allergies in advance. This helps me to prepare and use products that are safe and suitable for everyone involved.

  7. Any special equipment or facilities required must be arranged and confirmed in advance. This includes electrical outlets, seating arrangements, and lighting conditions, ensuring that all your needs are met without any last-minute surprises.

  8. Unless stated otherwise, full payment is required 1 week prior to any out of salon booking. In some cases payment on the day of the booking may be applicable. I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. This ensures that all financial arrangements are settled appropriately, allowing for a seamless experience on the day of your booking.

  9. Bookings should be made at least 4 weeks in advance. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost may be required to secure your booking. This ensures that your slot is reserved and that I can prepare adequately for your out of salon appointment(s).

These terms are designed to create a clear and professional framework for out-of-salon services, ensuring both you and I have a smooth and satisfactory experience.
